These terms apply to the cross-border access, network acceleration, international routes, and related subscription services provided by VPNPW. By visiting this website, creating an account, or using a subscription, you confirm that you have read and agree to follow these terms. If you disagree with any part of them, stop using the service. Information about pricing, traffic, refunds, or panel operations is governed by the page shown at purchase and the relevant policies on this website.

Service Scope and Applicability

VPNPW provides subscription services covering 110+ countries and 220+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The route directory helps users choose an access destination, while third-party websites, applications, content platforms, and account systems are managed independently by their respective operators. This service provides network connectivity; it does not automatically grant access to third-party services, content licenses, or region-specific benefits.

Route quality may be affected by the user's local network, access destination, device configuration, network congestion, third-party service status, and other external conditions. VPNPW may adjust available routes and access methods for maintenance, resource allocation, security measures, or operational needs. Coverage figures describe the scale of the service directory and do not guarantee the same experience in every location or at every time.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their account credentials, subscription links, and client configurations, and are responsible for activity under their accounts. Account credentials and subscription resources may not be resold, rented, publicly posted, or shared with anyone other than the account holder. If credentials are exposed or unusual access is detected, users should promptly update the relevant information and stop distributing it.

There is no limit on the number of devices that may be online at the same time under one account, but this does not change the requirement that the account be managed and used only by its lawful holder. Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. The applicable price, traffic allowance, and available options are shown on the plans page and in the user panel. Payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT.

Users must not affect the normal use of routes, the panel, or other users through automated requests, abnormal concurrency, resource abuse, or other activity clearly beyond normal access needs. Users must not modify, evade, or interfere with mechanisms necessary for account verification, subscription delivery, traffic statistics, or service maintenance.

Compliance Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and in the location of the access destination, and must determine for themselves whether a particular use is lawful. VPNPW must not be used to infringe on others' rights, distribute unlawful content, commit fraud, attack network systems, obtain data without authorization, disrupt communications services, or engage in other unlawful activities. Users remain responsible for following the terms of use, content permissions, and regional rules of third-party websites.

If VPNPW takes restrictive measures based on a valid legal requirement, necessary security action, or clear evidence of abuse, it will handle the relevant account or subscription within a reasonable scope. Such measures address risk control and service order only and do not relieve users of responsibility for their conduct.

Service Availability and Liability

VPNPW maintains subscription delivery, the route directory, and the user panel, but does not promise uninterrupted service or guarantee that every third-party website, application, or piece of content will always be reachable in every network environment. Scheduled maintenance, route changes, upstream network changes, device system updates, third-party platform rule changes, and uncontrollable network events may temporarily restrict connections or produce different experiences.

Users should save necessary materials themselves and verify the exit location, target service status, and account region rules before important actions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, this service is not liable for indirect losses caused by changes to third-party services, user device configuration, improper credential handling, violations of these terms, or events beyond VPNPW's reasonable control. Informational content must not be understood as a guarantee of any particular speed, latency, or access result.

Restrictions, Termination, and Changes

If an account is resold, credentials are publicly shared, the service is used unlawfully, resources are maliciously consumed, service operations are disrupted, or necessary security measures are refused, VPNPW may restrict relevant functions, suspend the subscription, or terminate the account as appropriate. Whether notice can be provided before action depends on the urgency of the risk and applicable requirements. Account termination does not affect obligations that arose before termination.

VPNPW may update these terms due to changes in service scope, operational processes, legal requirements, or risk-control rules. Updates will be published on this page and take effect according to the update date shown here. Continued use of the service after the terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated content; if you disagree with a change, stop using the service.
