Data Scope

An email address is not required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. VPNPW therefore does not require an email address as part of registration. Account processing may involve the username, login status, account settings, and necessary credentials used to verify identity. Passwords should not be reused on other websites, and users are responsible for keeping their account information secure.

When starting or managing a subscription, the system stores the selected plan, order status, payment channel, transaction identifiers, subscription validity status, and related support records. These records are used to deliver subscriptions, verify payments, process refunds, resolve order disputes, and display account history. When an issue is submitted through a ticket, the ticket text, attachments, and reply history are also processed.

When visiting the website or user panel, basic access metrics may be generated, such as pages viewed, referring pages, browser type, device category, error information, and approximate access region. These metrics help verify that pages work properly, identify compatibility issues, and improve workflows; they are not used to build personal browsing-interest profiles.

Processing Purposes

Account data is used for identity verification, maintaining login status, displaying subscription information, and preventing unauthorized account activity. Order data is used to confirm transaction results, deliver services, and handle support requests. Access metrics are used to maintain the website, troubleshoot errors, and evaluate page functions. VPNPW uses relevant data only to the extent necessary for these purposes.

When a user requests technical support, VPNPW may ask for client messages, steps taken, or error details directly related to the issue. Please do not submit unrelated personal data, complete payment credentials, or subscription information for another account in a ticket.

No-Logs Position

VPNPW does not record which websites users visit, store web content, communication content, DNS queries, or lists of access destinations, nor does it build user activity profiles from such information. Routine service operation does not create connection histories that could be used to reconstruct an individual's international access activity.

To perform real-time connection scheduling, handle issues actively submitted by users, or maintain service security, the system may temporarily process operational status information within the necessary scope. This information is used only for the current technical purpose and not to analyze browsing content; it is deleted or de-identified after troubleshooting or security purposes are complete. Order records and account activity records are not browsing activity logs; their retention rules are described below.

Local Storage and Payments

The website and user panel may use cookies or browser local storage to save login status, language preferences, interface choices, and necessary security markers. These data maintain sessions and restore user choices. Disabling necessary storage may cause login status to expire, prevent language settings from being retained, or affect some account functions.

Users can clear cookies and local storage through their browser settings. After clearing them, saved sessions and preferences may need to be established again. The website does not use necessary storage to create advertising profiles unrelated to subscription services.

Payments may be completed through Alipay, WeChat, or USDT. The relevant third-party channel handles the payment process, and VPNPW does not directly store complete verification credentials for third-party payment accounts. Payment channels may process transaction data under their own policies. VPNPW receives the payment result, transaction identifiers, and status notifications needed to verify completed orders. Users should also review the privacy rules of their selected payment channel.

Retention and Deletion

Account data is retained while the account remains active or subscription services still need to be delivered. Order records, payment results, refunds, and dispute records are retained as needed to complete transactions, reconcile finances, and handle lawful requests. Ticket data is retained or deleted after support matters end according to subsequent dispute handling and service maintenance needs. Aggregated access metrics that cannot reasonably be linked to an individual may continue to be used for service analysis.

Users can sign in to the user panel and submit requests to access, correct, or delete account data through ticket support. VPNPW will process the request after verifying control of the account. Deleting an account will affect subscription access and historical order lookup. Records that must be retained by law or to complete an unfinished transaction, refund, or dispute process will be deleted or de-identified after the relevant purpose ends.

Policy Updates

VPNPW may revise this policy because of feature changes, changes in data processing, or updates to applicable rules. The updated text will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top of the page will be adjusted accordingly. Material changes involving data purposes, sharing scope, or user rights will be announced through the user panel or service notices. Continuing to use the services after an update takes effect indicates that you have read the policy then in force.
